APJ Abdul Kalam Education
If we talk about the education of APJ Abdul Kalam, then he has completed his schooling at Schwartz Higher Secondary School in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu. We all enjoy our school days very much. Because our teachers inspire us to move forward in life. We have many memories associated with our school.
After this APJ Abdul Kalam did St. He completed his graduation in Physics from Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli. After taking his admission in Physics, he did not find any interest in it. So he took admitted to a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering to fulfill his dream. Because his dream was to become a Fighter Pilot. To fulfill this, Abdul JI took admitted to the Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University (1955–1957).
APJ Abdul Kalam Career
After completing his education, Kalam Saab decided to work in the Defense Research and Development Service and he was also successful in it. Abdul Kalam started his career by designing a Small Hovercraft for the Defense Research and Development Organization. Kalam Ji also worked with Vikram Sarabhai who worked in INCOSPAR.
In the year 1969, Abdul Kalam launched his first project Satellite Launch Vehicle (SLV-III) in the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). After this, he got complete freedom in DRDO in the year 1965 to fulfill his dream and he started working on his Rocket Project. In this, he got the approval of the Government of India and many more engineers were hired along with him.
In the year 1970, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam J worked on two projects. Their names were Project Devil and Project Valiant. There was a demand to develop a ballistic missile from the technology of the successful SLV program. No financial help was received from the Center for this project, but our former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi Ji secretly arranged funds for this project.
From 1992 to 1999, Abdul Kalam Saab served as the Prime Minister and Chief Scientific Adviser to the Defense Research and Development Organisation. After this, he was given the task of the Pokhran-II nuclear test. In this project, he completed an intensive political and technological role. In this way, he went ahead with his career and served as the 11th President of our country from 2002 to 2007.
