Sarah Shahi is an American actress and former NFL cheerleader, who has been active in the entertainment industry since the early 2000s. She is best known for her roles in popular TV series such as “Alias,” “The L Word,” “Life,” “Fairly Legal,” and “Person of Interest.”

Shahi began her career as a beauty queen, winning the Miss Fort Worth USA pageant in 1997. She then became a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.

She made her acting debut in 2000 with a small role in the TV series “City Guys,” and went on to appear in several other TV shows, including “Boston Public,” “Reba,” and “Alias.” In 2004, she landed her breakout role as Carmen de la Pica Morales in the Showtime series “The L Word.”
